if you connect the balance plug upside down by forcing it into the balance socket you appear to blow one or more of the printed connector wires that allow the charger to register the individual cell voltage. With no voltage registered, the charger software prevents charging. You can check for this if you plug a multi-cell battery in and select &#8220;Battery Meter&#8221; If one of the cells shows zero voltage but checking the battery with a meter across the balance plug shows all cells do actually have a voltage then one of the charger balance connector printed wires has blown. The fix is fairly easy in that you need to find which printed conductor has failed and then bridge the blown section by soldering in a wire between the balance socket pins that the blown section originally connected. The small balance socket printed circuit board connects to the main charger printed circuit board through 7 soldered connections clearly visible when you take the top off the charger. Ditto the 3rd pin in EXCEPT that some of the connector wires are on the other side of the board and so not visible &#8211; designed this way as the conductors cannot cross!!<\/p>\n<p>\uff15\uff0e\u4e00\u90e8\u306e\u30b3\u30cd\u30af\u30bf\u30ef\u30a4\u30e4\u304c\u30dc\u30fc\u30c9\u306e\u53cd\u5bfe\u5074\u306b\u3042\u308a\u76ee\u306b\u898b\u3048\u306a\u3044\u3053\u3068\u3092\u9664\u3044\u3066\u30013\u756a\u76ee\u306e\u30d4\u30f3\u306b\u306f\u89e6\u308c\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002\u5c0e\u4f53\u304c\u4ea4\u5dee\u3067\u304d\u306a\u3044\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3053\u306e\u65b9\u6cd5\u3067\u8a2d\u8a08\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p>6. To find out where&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>\u30d4\u30f3\u3092\u63a5\u7d9a\u3059\u308b\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u30c8\u30ec\u30fc\u30b9\u30ef\u30a4\u30e4\u306e1\u3064\u304c\u713c\u3051\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002 \u3069\u3053\u306b\u2026<\/p>\n<p>With the top of the charger off and everything disconnected (Obviously!!. No mains and no LiPo&#8217;s!!) check for continuity between the balance pins and each of the 7 soldered connections located between the 2 boards. In detail&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u5145\u96fb\u5668\u306e\u4e0a\u90e8\u3092\u30aa\u30d5\u306b\u3057\u3001\u3059\u3079\u3066\u3092\u5207\u308a\u96e2\u3057\u305f\u72b6\u614b\u3067\uff08\u660e\u3089\u304b\u306b!!\u672c\u7dda\u3082LiPo\u3082\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093!!\uff09\u3001\u30d0\u30e9\u30f3\u30b9\u30d4\u30f3\u30682\u3064\u306e\u30dc\u30fc\u30c9\u9593\u306b\u3042\u308b7\u3064\u306e\u306f\u3093\u3060\u4ed8\u3051\u63a5\u7d9a\u306e\u305d\u308c\u305e\u308c\u3068\u306e\u9593\u306e\u5c0e\u901a\u3092\u30c1\u30a7\u30c3\u30af\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002 \u8a73\u7d30\u306b&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>1. Set a multimeter to measure &#8216;Ohms&#8217; and touch one lead to LEFT HAND blob of solder as looking from the INSIDE of the charger (corresponds to the left pin in all the sockets) at the 90 degree junction between the two boards.<br \/>\n\uff11\uff0e\u30de\u30eb\u30c1\u30e1\u30fc\u30bf\u3092\u300c\u30aa\u30fc\u30e0\u300d\u3092\u6e2c\u5b9a\u3059\u308b\u3088\u3046\u306b\u8a2d\u5b9a\u3057\u30012\u3064\u306e\u57fa\u677f\u306e\u9593\u306e90\u5ea6\u306e\u63a5\u5408\u90e8\u3067\u5145\u96fb\u5668\u306e\u5185\u5074\u304b\u3089\u898b\u3066\u3001\u306f\u3093\u3060\u306e\u5de6\u584a\u306b\u89e6\u308c\u308b1\u672c\u306e\u30ea\u30fc\u30c9\u306b\u89e6\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2. Touch the other lead to each of the left hand pins (PIN 1)in each of the balance sockets in turn. Each should register zero resistance i.e. no break in the printed connector. If any show an open circuit solder a fine wire between the back of that PIN 1 and any other PIN 1 that shows zero resistance.<br \/>\n\uff12\uff0e\u3082\u3046\u4e00\u65b9\u306e\u5c0e\u7dda\u3092\u5404\u5929\u3073\u3093\u30bd\u30b1\u30c3\u30c8\u306e\u5de6\u5074\u306e\u5404\u30d4\u30f3\uff08PIN 1\uff09\u306b\u9806\u756a\u306b\u89e6\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002 \u305d\u308c\u305e\u308c\u304c\u30bc\u30ed\u62b5\u6297\u3001\u3059\u306a\u308f\u3061\u30d7\u30ea\u30f3\u30c8\u30b3\u30cd\u30af\u30bf\u306e\u7834\u640d\u304c\u306a\u3044\u3053\u3068\u3092\u8a18\u9332\u3059\u308b\u5fc5\u8981\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002 \u958b\u56de\u8def\u304c\u898b\u3089\u308c\u308b\u5834\u5408\u306f\u3001\u305d\u306ePIN 1\u306e\u88cf\u9762\u3068\u30bc\u30ed\u62b5\u6297\u3092\u793a\u3059\u4ed6\u306ePIN 1\u306e\u9593\u306b\u7d30\u7dda\u3092\u534a\u7530\u4ed8\u3051\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3.
